NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated November 17, 2014 and entered in Case No. 29-2013-CA-015536 DI of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC is the Plaintiff and JUAN M FILPO A/K/A JUAN A. FILPO; CARMEN M. FILPO A/K/A CARMEN FILPO; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; STATE OF FLORIDA - DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; TENANT #1 N/K/A KEILA COLEY are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 1/5/2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
