Notice is hereby given that on December 18, 2014, at 10:00 a.m., at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Ken Burke, Clerk of the Pinellas Circuit Court, will offer for sale and sell at public outcry, one by one, to the highest bidder for cash, the property located in Pinellas County, Florida, as follows:
Lot 8, Block 2, LEALMAN HIGHLANDS NO. 4, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 26, Page 92, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on November 4, 2014, in the above-styled cause, pending in said Court.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
