NUTTER & COMPANY is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, OR AGAINST SHARON J. JEFFERY A/K/A SHARON KEMP JEFFERY, DECEASED; GREGORY SCOTT JEFFERY, AS AN HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF SHARON J. JEFFERY A/K/A SHARON KEMP JEFFERY, DECEASED; MATTHEW EDWARD JEFFERY, AS AN HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF SHARON J.
