NUTTER & COMPANY is the Plaintiff and BARBARA HANLEY, PLENARY GUARDIAN FOR IRMA VAN DYKE A/K/A IRMA MUSGRAVE, AN INCAPACITATED ADULT; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ON BEHALF OF U.S. DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 12/18/2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
