NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 31, 2014, and entered in 11-005655-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC is the Plaintiff and SANDRA LYNNE ATKINSON A/K/A SANDRA L. ATKINSON A/K/A SANDY ATKINSON; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SANDRA LYNNE ATKINSON A/K/A SANDRA L. ATKINSON A/K/A SANDY ATKINSON; HAROLD G. WILKINS; HELEN WILKINS; PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; STATE OF FLORIDA - DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; CITIFINANCIAL MORTGAGE COMPANY, (FL) LLC; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on December 08, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 8, BLOCK 8, OF PLAT OF THE BRONX ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 42, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
