NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to an order rescheduling the foreclosure sale dated October 30th, 2014, and entered in Case No. 12010915CI, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida. U.S. Bank. N.A. as Successor Trustee to Bank of America, N.A. as Successor to Lasalle Bank, N.A. as Trustee for The Holders of the Merrill Lynch First Franklin Mortgage Loan Trust, Mortgage Loan Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2007-FF2, Plaintiff and DANIELLE NICHOLS A/K/A DANIELLE A. NICHOLS; SCOTT NICHOLS A/K/A SCOTT G. NICHOLS; ET AL, are defendants. Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, SALE BEGINNING AT 10:00 AM on this December 15th, 2014, the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, dated April 29th, 2014:
