NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 31, 2014, and entered in Case No. 14-000687-CI, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and THOMAS P. WOOD; JAMI J. WOOD F/K/A JAMI J. FISK, are defendants. Ken Burke, Clerk of Court for PINELLAS, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 15th day of December, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

BEGINNING AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF THE NORTHWEST ¼ OF THE NORTHWEST ¼ OF SAID SECTION 18; THENCE SOUTH 00º 06'15” WEST, ALONG THE FRACTIONAL SECTION LINE, 875.50 FEET; THENCE NORTH 89º 26'25” WEST, 220.87 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE SOUTH 00º 18'51” WEST, 150.39 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 89º 52'54” WEST, 60.00 FEET; THENCE NORTH 00º 18'51” EAST, 151.10 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 89º 26'25” EAST, 60.00 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
TOGETHER WITH: EASEMENT RESERVED FOR INGRESS AND EGRESS OVER THE NORTH 20 FEET OF SOUTH 125 FEET OF EAST 170 FEET OF NORTH 1000.50 FEET OF THE NORTHWEST ¼ OF THE NORTHWEST ¼ OF SAID SECTION 18, IN DEED TO CARLTON W. HAMMOCK AND BONNIE M. HAMMOCK, IN O.R. BOOK 2376, PAGE 671, KNOWN AS “LOWE ROAD”
TOGETHER WITH: EASEMENT FOR INGRESS AND EGRESS OVER THE NORTH 20 FEET OF THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED PARCEL:
PART OF THE NORTHWEST ¼ OF THE NORTHWEST ¼ OF SECTION 18, TOWNSHIP 30 SOUTH, RANGE 15 EAST, MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: BEGIN 875.5 FEET SOUTH OF AND 170.0 FEET WEST OF THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF THE NORTHWEST ¼ OF THE NORTHWEST ¼ OF SECTION 18, TOWNSHIP 30 SOUTH, RANGE 15 EAST, RUN WEST 50.87 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 200 FEET; THENCE EAST 50.87 FEET; THENCE NORTH 200 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.

surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
