NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 31, 2014, and entered in Case No. 13-002544-CI, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR STRUCTURED ASSET SECURITIES CORPORATION MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-BC2 (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and MARVELLA LUMPKIN, are defendants. Ken Burke, Clerk of Court for PINELLAS, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 15th day of December, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 13, BLOCK 7, BETHWOOD TERRACE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 21, PAGE 42 AND 43, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the
surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
