NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 13-003092-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein, U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF STRUCTURED ASSET MORTGAGE INVESTMENTS II INC. BEAR STEARNS ARM TRUST, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-12, Plaintiff, and, SMARR, JODY M., et. al., are Defendants, clerk will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, WWW.PINELLAS.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at the hour of 10:00 AM, on the 16th day of December, 2014, the following described property:
That certain Condominium Parcel composed of Unit No. D-2, Building 222, of PINE RIDGE AT LAKE TARPON VILLAGE II, A CONDOMINIUM, PHASE XXX, and an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with, and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, terms and other provision of the Declaration of Condominium, as recorded in O.R. Book 5908, Page 1261, and amendments thereto, and the plat thereof, as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 81, Pages 55 and 56, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
