NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated October 14, 2014, entered in Case No. 10007881CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein CitiMortgage, Inc., Successor by Merger to ABN Amro Mortgage Group, Inc. is the Plaintiff and Tomasz R. Wator; Inga A. Wator; Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming By, Through, Under And Against The Herein Named Individual Defendant(S) Who Are Not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest As Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees Or Other Claimants; Baytowne West Homeowners Association, Inc.; Bank of America, N.A.; John Doe and Jane Doe as Unknown Tenants in Possession are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 8th day of December, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 26, TOGETHER WITH THE NON-EXCLUSIVE EASEMENT FOR RIGHT OF INGRESS AND EGRESS OVER TRACT 3, BAY TOWNE WEST, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 86, PAGE 74 - 76, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
