NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment In Favor Of Plaintiff, Green Dolphin Park Condominium Association, Inc., entered in this action on the 29th day of October, 2014, Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder or bidders for cash at http://www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on December 4, 2014 at 10:00 a.m., the following described property:
Unit No. 601, Building 600, Green Dolphin Park Condominium, a Condominium, together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto, all in accordance with Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 4928, Page 900, et seq., and the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 37, Pages 42 and 43, all of the public records of Pinellas County, Florida.
and improvements thereon, located in the Association at 1250 South Pinellas Ave., #601, Tarpon Springs, Florida 34689 (the “Property”). Any person claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, from the judicial sale of the Property, other than the Property owner, as of the date of the Notice of Lis Pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the judicial sale of the Property.
