NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 27, 2014, and entered in 10-016406-CI-20 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR CITIGROUP MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2004-0PT1, ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2004-0PT1 is the Plaintiff and GEORGE PFOERTNER; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF GEORGE PFOERTNER; UNKNOWN TENANT 1 A/K/A KATHY THOMAS; UNKNOWN TENANT 2 A/K/A BOBBY THOMAS are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on December 9, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 7, BLOCK C, BOULEVARD PINES SUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE 70, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
