NOTICE IS GIVEN that, in accordance with the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered at the Hearing on Cross-Plaintiff's Motion for Summary Judgment on August 16, 2014 and the Order on Motion to Reschedule sale entered on November 12, 2014, in the above-styled case, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, at Electronic Auction held at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on the 6th day of January, 2015 at 10:00 a.m., the following described property:
Lot 59 Elysium Phase 1, according to plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 93, Page 41 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.

Lot 60, Elysium Phase 1, as recorded in Plat Book 93, pages 41 through 46, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, Less and except that portion of Lot 60, Elysium Phase 1, as recorded in Plat Book 93, pages 41 through 46, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, being more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the Southeast corner of Lot 60, thence North 89ÌŠ47'38” West, 120.18 feet; thence North 32ÌŠ51'57” East 162.23 feet to a Point on a non-tangent curve; thence along the arc of a curve to the left 32.16 feet, said curve having a radius of 50.00 feet, a delta 36ÌŠ51'10”, a chord bearing North 85ÌŠ50'06” East, 31.61 feet; thence South 00ÌŠ16'44” East 138.91 feet to the Point of beginning.
