Baur a/k/a Elaine Rahner Baur, deceased, File Number 14-008251ES, by the Circuit Court for Pinellas County, Florida, Probate Division, the address of which is 545 1st Avenue North, St. Petersburg, FL 33701; that the decedent's date of death was September 22, 2014 and the last four digits of whose social security number are 9354; that the total value of the estate is $100.00 and that the names and addresses of those to whom it has been assigned by such order are:
