NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on October 9, 2014 in Civil Case No. 12-013523-CI, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein, BRANCH BANKING AND TRUST COMPANY is the Plaintiff, and BAREFOOT BEACH RESORT OF INDIAN SHORES CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC; ROBERT L. HARPER; BAREFOOT BEACH RESORT OF INDIAN SHORES CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC; ROBERT L. HARPER; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.

B210, BAREFOOT BEACH RESORT OF INDIAN SHORES A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 138, PAGE 1 AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 14472, PAGE 560, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA AND ANY AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO.

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
