Final Judgment was awarded on October 22, 2014 in Civil Case No. 52-2012-CA-001391 , of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein, WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff, and DAVID J. BURNS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DAVID J. BURNS; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; THE BELLEAIR VILLAGE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
