Call, South Gulf Cove Homeowners Association, Inc., United States of America, Acting on Behalf of the Secretary of Housing And Urban Development, Unknown Spouse Of Willard J. Call, are defendants, the Charlotte County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, Charlotte County, Florida at 11:00 AM on the 22 day of December. 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
