A TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND SITUATED IN THE STATE OF FLORIDA, COUNTY OF CHARLOTTE, LYING IN SECTION 26, TOWNSHIP 40 SOUTH, RANGE 22 EAST, BEING LOT 96, BLOCK 2106, PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, SECTION 25, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5 AT PAGES 18A THROUGH 18C, PUBLIC RECORDS OF SAID CHARLOTTE COUNTY, LESS AND EXCEPT THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED PORTION:
BEGINNING AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF SAID LOT 96; THENCE SOUTH 89'52'07” WEST, ALONG THE SOUTH LINE OF SAID LOT FOR 154.07 FEET TO THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF SAID LOT; THENCE NORTH 00°07'53” WEST ALONG THE WEST LINE OF SAID LOT FOR 20.70 FEET; THENCE NORTH 89°03'23” EAST FOR 148.67 FEET TO AN INTERSECTION WITH THE EAST LINE OF SAID LOT; THENCE SOUTH 13°28'59” EAST ALONG SAID EAST LINE FOR

This action has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defense, if any, upon SHAPIRO, FISHMAN & GACHe, LLP, Attorneys for Plaintiff, whose address is 2424 North Federal Highway, Suite 360, Boca Raton, FL 33431, within thirty (30) days after the first publication of this notice and file the original with the clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately there after; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
