NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 18, 2014, entered in Case No. 12-CC-2970 in the County Court in and for Collier County, Florida wherein Waterways at Naples Homeowners Association, Inc., is Plaintiff, and Eugene Howarth, et al, is the Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at: 11:00AM. on December 15, 2014 at: Lobby on the Third Floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, first given notice as required by Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, the following described real property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 15, WATERWAYS OF NAPLES UNIT ONE, according to the Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 27, pages 55 and 56, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
More commonly known as: 3312 Port Pleasant Court, Lot 15, Naples, Florida 34120
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
