ESTATE OF VICKI HALL, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF VICKI HALL, PATRICK H. NEALE as Personal Representative of the ESTATE OF VICKI HALL, RAY ARNOLD JACOBS as known heir of the ESTATE OF VICKI HALL, UNKNOWN TENANT IN
POSSESSION #1 and UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION #2, and all unknown heirs or beneficiaries who may claim an interest in the ESTATE OF VICKI HALL

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 17, 2014, of the County Court of the TWENTIETH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Collier County, Florida, in the above-styled case, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash IN THE THIRD FLOOR LOBBY, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE ANNEX, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FL 3112 at 11:00 a.m., on the 17 day of December, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
Condominium Unit 502, Building 5, Phase 5, WEDGE WOOD I AT PELICAN STRAND, together with an undivided interest in the common elements, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Record Book 2596, Page 1630, as amended from time to time, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
NOTICE: ANY PERSON WITH A DISABILITY REQUIRING SPECIAL ACCOMMODATIONS TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS PROCEEDING SHOULD CONTACT 1-800-955-8771 (TDD): 1-800-955-8770 (V), VIA FLORIDA RELAY SERVICE, NOT LATER THAN SEVEN (7) DAYS PRIOR TO THE PROCEEDING. ANY PERSON CLAIMING IN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE. THE CLERK SHALL RECEIVE A SERVICE CHARGE OF UP TO $70.00 FOR SERVICES IN MAKING, RECORDING AND CERTIFYING THE SALE AND TITLE THAT SHALL BE ASSESSED AS COSTS. THE COURT, IN ITS DISCRETION, MAY ENLARGE THE TIME OF THE SALE, NOTICE OF THE CHANGED TIME of sale SHALL BE PUBLISHED AS PROVIDED HEREIN.
