NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 14, 2010, and an order rescheduling sale dated, November 05, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2010-CA-004940 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., is Plaintiff and Jennifer L. Jordan, et al., are the Defendants, the Manatee County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on the 19th day of December, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
THE SOUTH ½ OF LOT 12 AND THE SOUTHEAST ¼ OF LOT 13, RE-SUBDIVISION OF TWIN CITIES SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 77, PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
