NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above captioned case, that I will sell the following property situated in Manatee County, Florida, described as:
Lot 29, Block H, WASHINGTON GARDENS SUBDIVISION, Section Three, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 12, Page 24, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
at a public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, via Internet: www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m. on January 27, 2015. The highest bidder shall immediately post with the Clerk, a deposit equal to 5% of the final bid. The deposit must be cash or cashier's check payable to the Clerk of the Circuit Court. Final payment must be made on or before 5:00 p.m. of the date of the sale by cash or cashier's check. IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER 60 DAYS, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
