NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 18, 2014, entered in Case No. 2013CA003253 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein JPMC Specialty Mortgage, LLC is the Plaintiff and Charlotte G. Dabney; Bank of America,N.A.; Unknown Tenants; Alll Other to Whom it May Concern are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 19th day of December, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 7, BLOCK 7 OF WHITEFIELD COUNTRY CLUB ESTATES, A SUBDIVISION AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, AT PAGES 15 AND 16, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF THE COUNTY OF MANATEE IN THE STATE OF FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
