A, PEPPERTREE BAY CONDOMINIUM, UNIT III, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 1056, PAGES 1736 TO 1810, BOTH INCLUSIVE, AND ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 8, PAGES 18, 18A, 18B AND 18C, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND AMENDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1094, PAGES 1149 TO 1180, INCLUSIVE, AND OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 1157, PAGES 1431 TO 1444, INCLUSIVE, OF SAID RECORDS.
