YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action to enforce and foreclose a Claim of Lien for condominium assessments and to foreclose any claims which are inferior to the right, title and interest of the Plaintiff herein in the following described property:
Apartment Unit No. 201, WATERSIDE MANOR, OF WHISPERING SANDS CONDOMINIUM VILLAGE, SECTION FOUR, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium as recorded in Official Record Book 798, Pages 60 through 73, and amendments thereto, and as per plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 3, Pages 27 and 27A, and amendments thereto, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida; the street address of which is: 199 Whispering Sands Drive #201 Sarasota, FL 34242.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on: W. GREGORY STEUBE, ESQ. If a Defendant fails to do so, a default will be entered against that Defendant for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
