NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, in accordance with the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 12th, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2011 CA 008209 NC, of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida. U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee under Pooling and Servicing Agreement dated as of August 1, 2006 MASTR Asset-Backed Securities Trust 2006-HE3 Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-HE3, Plaintiff and STEVEN L. BAKER; HEATHER FRANCES HOOPER; , ET AL, are defendants. Karen E. Rushing, Sarasota County Clerk of Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, SALE BEGINNING AT 09:00 AM on this December 17th, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
