F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P., is the Plaintiff and RYAN L VERNOY; ROBIN M. VERNOY A/K/A ROBIN VERNOY; JOHN DOE; JANE DOE are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on 12/18/2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
