Pearce AKA Louise Pearce a/k/a Louise A. Taylor a/k/a Louise Taylor f/k/a Louise McPherson Gateway; Greens Community Association, Inc.; Hulrick A. Taylor and Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for First Magnus Financial Corporation, are defendants, the Lee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes , Lee County, Florida at 9:00am on the 18 day of February, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
