NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 14, 2014, and entered in 2011CA009534NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR AMERIQUEST MORTGAGE SECURITIES INC., ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFTSSCHEICATES, SERIES 2004-R10 is the Plaintiff and CHARLES L. GREENE JR. A/K/A CHARLES GREENE JR. A/K/A CHARLES L. GREEN, JR. A/K/A CHARLES GREEN, JR; CITIFINANCIAL EQUITY SERVICES, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT # 1; UNKNOWN TENANT # 2 are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on December 15, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 23, BLOCK 1982, FORTY SECOND ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 17, PAGES 52, 52A THRU 52D, INCLUSIVE,
OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
