NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 20, 2014, entered in Civil Case No. 36-2014-CA-050514 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit .Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on 22 day of Dec, 2014, at 9:00 a.m. at website: https://www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 202, BUILDING NO. 2, OF VENETIAN PALMS, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AS RECORDED IN CLERKS INSTRUMENT#2006000027321, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
