NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2013-CA-053707 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, NA, Plaintiff and Kathy E. Fircha a/k/a Katy Fircha and Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Creditors and Lienors of Mitchell Fircha, Deceased, and All Other Persons Claiming by and Through, Under, Against The Named Defendant(s)e are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Linda Doggett, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BEGINNING 9:00 A.M. AT WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES on January 5, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
lots 24 and 25, block 5389, cape coral subdivision, unit 89, according to the map or plat thereof on file and recorded in the office of the clerk of the circuit court, recorded in plat book 23, pages 149 through 161, in the public records of lee county, flroida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
