NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed 14th day of August, 2014, and entered in Case No. 48-2009-CA-000894-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC is Plaintiff and ISMAEL PEREZ-MARTINEZ; MARTA NAVEIRA; ISMAEL PEREZ NAVEIRA; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ISMAEL PEREZ-NAVEIRA; JOHN DOE; JANE DOE; BALDWIN PARK RESIDENTIAL OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.MYORANGECLERK.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 11:00 A.M., on the 18th day of December, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1598, BALDWIN PARK UNIT 10, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 64, PAGE 27, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
