NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated October 20, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2013-CA-007474-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE COUNTY, Florida, wherein PHH MORTGAGE CORPORATION, is Plaintiff, and DONNY J. KARAKADU A/K/A DONNY KARAKADU, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 05 day of January, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO 302, WINTER PARK WOODS, A CONDOMINIUM, FORMERLY KNOWN AS PLACE 436, A CONDOMINIUM, SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, EASEMENTS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF PLACE 436, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3192, PAGE 297 AND THE AMENDMENTS THERETO, ALL FILED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS AND COMMON ESPENSES APPURTENANT THERETO.
