NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated September 22, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2012-CA-011478-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE COUNTY, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR DEUTSCHE ALT-A SECURITIES MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2006-AR5, is Plaintiff, and MARK LOMONACO, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 05 day of January, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 161, Sand Lake Point, Unit II, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 22, Pages 94-96 of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
