NOTICE is hereby given that, Eddie Fernández, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Orange County, Florida, will on the 17th day of December 2014, at 11:00 o'clock A.M., EST, via the online auction site at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, F.S., will offer for sale and sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following described property situated in Orange County, Florida, to wit:
Lot 177, PARKVIEW NORTH, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 27, Pages 50 and 51, of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida.
Property Address: 5835 Parkview Lake Dr., Orlando, Florida, 32821.
pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in a case pending in said Court, the style and case number of which is set forth above.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
