NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 20th day of October, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2013-CA-011553-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO FINANCIAL SYSTEM FLORIDA, INC is the Plaintiff and MARILYN SLATER; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARILYN SLATER and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 5th day of January, 2015 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 26, 27 AND 28, BLOCK “B”, REST HAVEN, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK “M”, PAGE 67, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
