NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered November 5, 2013 in Civil Case No. 51-2012-CA-000548ES of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Dade City, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is Plaintiff and ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE ABOVE NAMED DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, JACOB D. FOXWORTH A/K/A JACOB FOXWORTHA/K/A JACOB FOXWORTH, NADINE M. FOXWORTH A/K/A NADINE FOXWORTHA/K/A NADINE FOXWORTH, PASCO COUNTY, A POLITICAL SUBDIVISION OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA, UNKNOWN TENANT 1, UNKNOWN TENANT 2, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pasco.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 17th day of December, 2014 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 35, MEADOWOOD ESTATES, PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE 106, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
