NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 21st day of October, 2014, and entered in Case No. 51-2013-CA-002668-CAAX-WS, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida, wherein CITIBANK, N.A. AS TRUSTEE FOR WAMU ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, WAMU SERIES 2007-HE4 is Plaintiff and ANDRE JACQUES; TRACY I. JACQUES; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.PASCO.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 11:00 A.M., on the 17th day of December, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 45, SILVER OAKS HILL, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 18, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
