NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated OCTOBER 23, 2014, and entered in 2012CA007303 WS of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE FOR JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR NOVASTAR MORTGAGE FUNDING TRUST, SERIES 2006-2 NOVASTAR HOME EQUITY LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, 2006-2 is the Plaintiff and ELLA C. CONWAY; VETERANS VILLAS I HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s). Paula O'Neil as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on December 18, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 23, VETERANS VILLAS PHASE ONE, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 17, PAGES 6-7, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
