NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated, - August 11, 2014, and entered in Case No. 51-2010-CA-007609-CAAX-WS of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank N.A., in its capacity as Trustee for the registered holders of MASTR Asset Backed Securities Trust 2005-NC2, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2005-NC2, is Plaintiff, and Mark D. Heard, et al., are the Defendants, the Pasco County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online auction at www.pasco.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on the 23rd, day of December, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 450, The Proposed Plat of Palm Terrace Gardens Unit 1, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 630, Page 213, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida
Property Address: 7614 Venice Drive, Port Richey, FL 34668
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
