NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated November 18, 2014, and entered in Case No. 51-2012-CA-05979 WS, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida. BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., is Plaintiff and FRANK J. CASILLAS, are defendants. The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on January 9th, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 67, JASMINE HEIGHTS UNIT TWO, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 100, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.

If you fail to file a claim, you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
