NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 51-2009-CA-008871ES of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida, wherein, HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION FOR THE BENEFIT OF ACE SECURITIES CORP. HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2006-NC3 ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, Plaintiff, and, CURTIS, RICK, et. al., are Defendants, the clerk of court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, WWW.PASCO.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at the hour of 11:00 A.M., on the 15th day of December, 2014, the following described property:
LOTS SEVENTEEN (17) AND EIGHTEEN (18), BLOCK 186, TOWN OF ZEPHYRHILLS, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 54, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
