NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 7, 2014 and entered in Case No. 10-CA-00296 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida wherein HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR CARRINGTON MORTAGE LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2007-HEI ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, is the Plaintiff and JEFFREY ALAN MIELDON; DENEEN S. MIELDON; KINGS LAKE NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATION, INC.; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, are Defendants, Hillsborough County Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com on January 2, 2015 the following described property set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 24, BLOCK 3, KINGS LAKE PHASE IA, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 88, PAGE 80, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the Foreclosure Sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within sixty (60) days after the Foreclosure Sale.
