NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 11, 2014, and an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated October 21, 2014, both entered in Case No. 2012-CA-002747, of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida. THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATE HOLDERS CWABS, INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006-24., is Plaintiff and LUCIA PEREIRA; ALBERTO FORNELL; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR AMERICA`S WHOLESALE LENDER, are defendants. The Clerk of the Court, PAT FRANK, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at the following website: http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 9th day of January, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
