Part of each of Lots 4 and 5, Block 25, Southgate of Tampa's Northside Country Club Area, Unit No. 1, according to the Map or Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 27, Page 22 and 23, of the Public records of Hillsborough County, Florida, described as follows:
From the Northeasterly corner of said Lot 4, run Southwesterly along the Easterly boundary of said Lot 4, a distance of 20.0 feet; run thence Northwesterly a distance of 130.85 feet to a point on the Westerly boundary of said Lot 4, which point is 18.0 feet Southwesterly from the Northwesterly corner of said Lot 4; run thence Northeasterly along the Westerly boundary of Lots 4 and 5 a distance of 62.0 feet; run thence Southeasterly a distance of 144.70 feet to a point on the Easterly boundary of said Lot 5, which point is 40.0 feet Northeasterly from the Southeasterly corner of said Lot 5; run thence Southeasterly along the Easterly boundary of said Lot 5 a distance of 40.0 feet to the Point of Beginning.
has been filed against you, and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to this action, on Greenspoon Marder, P.A., Default Department, Attorneys for Plaintiff, whose address is Trade Centre South, Suite 700, 100 West Cypress Creek Road, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33309, and the file original with the Clerk within 30 days after the first publication of this notice, in the BUSINESS OBSERVER on or before December 22, 2014; otherwise a default and a judgment may be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
