NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 29, 2014 entered in Civil Case No. 13-CA-008939 of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, ON BEHALF OF THE HOLDERS OF CSMC MORTGAGE-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-5, is Plaintiff and LENZO R. CANTY; SHARON CANTY; UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY, et al, are Defendants. The clerk shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 am on December 16, 2014, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes , the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 12, BLOCK 31, TAMPA OVERLOOK, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 17, PAGE 2, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
