NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 24, 2014, and entered in 10-CA-008219 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein ONEWEST BANK, FSB is the Plaintiff and CITY OF TAMPA, FLORIDA; UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF W. C. BARBER, DECEASED; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; ELLA PEARL HALL; REATHA MILES; CLERK OF THE COURT OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on December 10, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 55, OF ZION HEIGHTS ADDITION , AS SHOWN BY MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 23, PAGE 5, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
