NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reset Foreclosure Sale entered in Civil Case No. 29-2013-CA-001626 of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is Plaintiff and JIMMIE L. NORTON, A/A JIMMIE NORTON; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JIMMIE L. NORTON A/K/A JIMMIE NORTON; HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA,; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE NAME DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAME UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DIVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, et al, are Defendants.
