NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 26, 2013, and entered in 2007-CA-010871 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK TRUST COMPANY AMERICAS, AS TRUSTEE AND CUSTODIAN FOR EQUIFIRST MORTGAGE TRUST 2005-1 BY: SAXON MORTGAGE SERVICES, INC. AS ITS ATTORNEY-IN-FACT is the Plaintiff and CARLA HAZEL-JOSEPH; CANTEBURY LAKES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; HSBC MORTGAGE SERVICES, INC.; LEONARD JOSEPH; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on December 15, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 44, BLOCK B, CANTERBURY LAKES PHASE II B, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 96, PAGE 12, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
