NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 27, 2014, and entered in 10-CA-014077 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC. is the Plaintiff and DENISE MARKHAM; TRACY MARKHAM are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on December 15, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
BEGIN AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF THE NORTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 17, TOWNSHIP 30 SOUTH, RANGE 21 EAST, HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND RUN NORTHERLY 530 FEET ALONG THE EAST BOUNDARY OF SAID SECTION 17; THENCE WESTERLY 1630 FEET AT RIGHT ANGLE TO THE EAST BOUNDARY OF SAID SECTION 17 TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE RUN NORTH 131 FEET; THENCE RUN WEST 310 FEET THENCE RUN SOUTH 131 FEET; THENCE RUN EAST 310 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
TOGETHER WITH A 1998 DOUBLEWIDE MOBILE HOME VIN# 10L25828X & 10L25828U, TITLE #73420636 AND 73420635.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
